Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal. Credit card payments require full billing address and CVV verification. In some cases we require that the shipping address match the billing address. If you would like to use a pre-paid credit card (also known as gift cards), you must contact the issuer to add the name and complete address to the card for our address verification system. In most instances, this can be done online with the issuer. Check the back of your card or insert for instructions.
Shipping
We ship most orders via FedEx or UPS shipping services. Shipping costs and times are quoted during the checkout process. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. For shipping weights of 150 lbs or greater we use specialty services. In those cases you will be charged $60 during checkout although there may be an additional charge in some cases of very large orders. In those cases, we will contact you with shipping costs.

General Returns:
First off, thank you for your purchase! We certainly hope your original purchase is exactly what you wanted and needed. Of course we understand that sometimes, that isn’t the case. Please take a look at our Return Policy and if you have any questions about it, please call us at 800-228-8209 or email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. When you order online from us, most items are returnable. We accept returns on all registers or vents, unused items in re-saleable condition (see exceptions below), and in their original packaging where reasonable. We do not reimburse or pay for return shipping, nor issue credit for your original shipping charge (except in the case of our error). We will refund the product cost to you via the same form of payment you made to us. Returns are allowed up to 45 days following a purchase online (except Austin Air – see below). Any extension permission of this policy needs to be made in writing (by us) and included in the product package. If you are returning an item, please package the item very well so to avoid damage in transit back to us. We can’t be responsible for any damage by your return shipper. Also, when returning, don’t forget to include a copy of your original invoice, your phone number(s) and emails. We may need to contact you regarding your return, so including this information will speed up receipt of your refund.Austin Air Returns:
Air Rite will accept the return of any air cleaner that was purchased and returned within fourteen (14) days (from our website) or seven (7) days (from our Lakewood, Ohio store), provided the carton and all packaging materials are returned with it. The unit cannot be damaged or defaced in any way. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A MANUFACTURER’S DEFECT, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE ASSESSED A $25.00 SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE FOR ITS RETURN TO AUSTIN AIRNo Returns accepted on the following items:
